The editorial team receives the manuscript and author details through its confirmed submission channel.
Scope, completeness, attribution and academic quality are reviewed. Authors may be asked to clarify or revise their work.
Authors review the final contribution and confirm names, affiliations, research content and publication permissions.
Approved papers are assembled into the book. Research findings can be shared with attribution through the organizer’s distribution network.
This is the preparation pathway for the conference book. Submission does not guarantee acceptance; final editorial arrangements are confirmed by the organizer.
The first-edition package included sharing research findings under the researcher’s name with the organizer’s company and partner network. A concise, accessible summary can help readers understand the problem addressed, the evidence and its practical implications.
Distribution recipients and completed dissemination records will be documented by the organizing team when available.
Conference-book publication and participation certificates serve different purposes. A certificate records an approved contribution or attendance; the book records accepted scholarly work.
No journal placement, database indexing, DOI or ISBN is claimed until the relevant publication details have been confirmed.
